Retail Wrap: Fabergé to open its first Texas boutique

Fabergé will open a boutique, its first in Texas, in the Galleria this fall. Known for its Imperial Easter eggs, the store will offer jewelry, timepieces and objets d'art that draw inspiration from Fabergé's history, which dates to 1842. The Galleria, owned by Simon, is undergoing a renovation that will be completed this fall. Fabergé has seven other locations in the U.S.

Chick-fil-A is now open in Valley Ranch Town Center, a development of the Signorelli Co. at U.S. 59 and the Grand Parkway in New Caney. Other restaurants opening soon include Shogun Japanese Grill & Sushi Bar, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Taco Bell, RC's Pizza & Pasta, Whataburger and Schlotzsky's.

Blue Lion Salon Studios has leased 10,000 square feet at Grand Parkway Marketplace, 6603 Spring Stuebner Road in Spring. Mark Raines and Matt Parsons of JLL represented the tenant. Doug Schooley represented the landlord, Kimco Realty.

Smoothie King has a new location at 15119 Wallisville Road near the San Jacinto College North Campus.

A private family trust based in Massachusetts has purchased the Shops at Cinco Ranch West, a 26,721-square-foot center on the southeast corner of Cinco Ranch Boulevard at FM 1463. Hunington Properties brokered the sale and will retain the leasing and management duties.

Stream Realty Partners has purchased Lake Jackson Centre, a 96,479-square-foot, fully leased center at Texas 332 and Lake Road and in Lake Jackson. Tenants include Hobby Lobby, Big Lots and Dollar Tree. HFF represented the seller.
