West Caldwell property sold for 3.5M

The home of a Kiddie Academy in West Caldwell has been sold for $3.5 million, according to real estate firm Marcus & Millichap.The firm said Monday that the 11,500-square-foot building at 810 Passaic Ave. was sold by an unnamed developer to an anonymous private investor.

Alan Cafiero, David Cafiero and Ben Sgambati, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, were the exclusive marketers of the property.
