The MSCI Argentina ETF (ARGT) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 274,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 55,000. Shares of ARGT were up about 1.7% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were Pan American Silver (PAAS), trading up about 2.4% with over 1.1 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Silver Standard Resources (SSRI), up about 3.4% on volume of over 927,000 shares. Finning International (FTT.CA) is lagging other components of the MSCI Argentina ETF Tuesday, trading lower by about 0.2%.
