HVG: MOL is the largest company in Hungary
Hungarian oil and gas company MOL is the largest company in Hungary, followed by German carmaker Audi’s Hungarian subsidiary and GE Infrastructure CEE Holding, according to a list of the 50 biggest companies compiled by Hungarian economic weekly HVG.
For the comparison, HVG used last year’s data. The joint revenue of the top 50 companies was 6% more in 2014 than in the previous year, according to HVG.
The top ten companies are in order: MOL Hungary, Audi Hungaria Motor Kft., GE Infrastructure CEE Holding Kft., Hungarian electricity works MVM, Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Kft., Samsung Electronics Magyar Zrt., Magyar Telekom Távközlési Nyrt., E.On Hungária Energetikai Zrt., Flextronics International Kft. and Magyar Suzuki Zrt.
