Mesa Royalty Trust, Austin, Texas, (NYSE: MTR) reports it has been granted another trading period extension from the New York Stock Exchange to allow for continued trading after failing to file its annual report..
The trust was originally granted a three-month extension on Oct. 16 to allow the trust to file its annual report by Dec. 1. The second request now extends the trading period until April 15, subject to reassessment based on compliance with the milestones and timing outlined in the request.
Mesa is currently listed as a late filer on the NYSE, and will remain on the list until it is current with its reports. If the trust is unable to fix the issue by April 15, the NYSE will begin suspension and delisting procedures.
Mesa has oil and gas properties in the San Juan Basin in New Mexico and Colorado.
