("Chiasma") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,365,000 shares of common stock at a price of $16.00 per share, before underwriting discounts. All of the common stock is being offered by Chiasma. In addition, Chiasma has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 954,750 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, before underwriting discounts. Chiasma's shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market on Thursday, July 16, 2015, under the ticker symbol "CHMA."
