GARY PINKHAM is the Director of Investor Relations of LM Ericsson
Telephone Company. He assumed responsibility for investor relations for
Ericsson in the United States on August 16, 1999. Prior to this
assignment he was Vice President of Business Development and Data
Networking for Ericsson Inc., Ericsson's US company. He was responsible
for business development, business intelligence, and strategic planning
on a corporate level for the company. From 1994-1996 Mr. Pinkham was
responsible for Strategic Business Management for Ericsson Telecom AB in
Stockholm, Sweden, where he led worldwide strategic planning activities
for Ericsson's Business Area Public Telecommunications. Before accepting
the global assignment in Sweden, Mr. Pinkham was responsible for product
management and new account Development for Ericsson Network Systems
Division in the US. Mr. Pinkham has published numerous papers and has
participated in many industry symposiums. He is a member of the World
Future Society and the IEEE Communications Society. Profile
