Hormel Foods Corp. (HRL) Rose To A New High Following Upgrade

Hormel Foods Corp. (HRL) climbed for the majority of the morning Thursday, before settling into a range. Shares finished up by 2.37 at $63.59, with volume at nearly a 3-month high. The stock rose to a new high for the year.

Hormel Foods reported better than expected third quarter earnings Wednesday morning and increased its full year outlook. Deutsche Bank upgraded its rating on the stock Thursday to "Buy" from "Hold."
