Mr. Ryan is very aware of child safety issues and wants to insure his company is in the forefront in his market area. Hickman's Academy of Excellence is also installing the KiddieVoice(tm)systems. Hickman's reputation as one of the Milwaukee area's largest and well run facilities places all other centers in the area on notice that child safety will be a main issue from now on, and that to remain competitive, centers will be encouraged to install devices that encourage the operator to thoroughly check vehicles.

Alex T. Wiley, President of ATWEC Technologies, Inc. is personally overseeing the installation of the devices and the training for local technicians. ATWEC created KiddieVoice(tm) after two Memphis children died the same day on two separate daycare vehicles in the hot summer of 2000. Mr. Wiley worked hard to help create new safety legislation in Tennessee requiring systems such as KiddieVoice(tm) to be installed on daycare vehicles. Mr. Wiley is assisting the legislation process in other states who are also considering safety legislation based on that of Tennessee's. KiddieVoice(tm) has to date, installed systems not only in Tennessee, but also in Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, and now Wisconsin. ATWEC Technologies is proud that professionalism, quality and durability are the earmarks of the company's business along with a passion to end the tragic deaths of children being left behind in transportation vehicles. Wiley stated, "The voice activated device has the best record of safety devices on the market. Making the vehicle operator responsible and insuring that no child will be left behind is our sole mission."
