Mizuho downgraded its rating on shares of Michael Kors Holdings (KORS) Monday morning to "Neutral" from "Buy."

Michael Kors gapped open lower Monday and fell in early trade, before settling into a range. The stock closed down by 1.09 at $62.16 and slipped to a new low for the year.
