Canadian Solar Inc. (CSIQ) announced Monday morning that it now expects its third quarter revenue to be between $805 million and $815 million, compared to previous guidance of $570 million to $620 million. Analysts polled expect revenues of $616.09 million.
Canadian Solar gapped up sharply Monday, but gave back some gains in the early portion of the afternoon. The stock closed up by 0.98 at $21.66 on above average volume. Canadian Solar closed challenging the upper end of a 2-week trading range.
