Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) appointed Stephen Bondi as VP, controller, effective Sept. 1, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bondi since July 29 has served as the company’s interim principal accounting officer, following the resignation of Karen Pepping. He joined the company in March 2011 as the director of worldwide tax and was appointed VP of tax accounting in January 2015.
