Amy Doyle tapped as EVP of VH1, Logo TV

Viacom-owned networks VH1 and Logo have named Amy Doyle (pictured) to the newly created role of executive VP and deputy to VH1's recently appointed GM, Chris McCarthy.

Viacom-owned networks VH1 and Logo TV have appointed Amy Doyle (pictured) to the newly created role of executive VP and deputy to VH1 GM Chris McCarthy.

The position sees Doyle assisting the recently appointed McCarthy with the supervision of management and creative for the two channels. She will directly oversee live programming, tent-pole events and specials, network talent development and celebrity relations, as well as VH1’s Save The Music Foundation.

Most recently, Doyle held the title of executive VP of music and talent for MTV and VH1, where she managed music content and programming, talent booking, artist and industry relations, and music supervision. She previously served as executive producer for the MTV Video Music Awards, the mtvU Woodie Awards and MTV’s Emmy Award-winning Unplugged.
