Wednesday's ETF Movers: XME, IDU

In trading on Wednesday, the SPDR S&P Metals and Mining ETF (XME) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 4.2% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of AK Steel Holding (AKS), up about 10.2% and shares of Cliffs Natural Resources (CLF), up about 9.1% on the day.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the iShares U.S. Utilities ETF (IDU), off about 0.3% in Wednesday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Wednesday were shares of Talen Energy (TLN), lower by about 7.3%, and shares of Dynegy (DYN), lower by about 4.8% on the day.
