You know that saying the customer is always right? Well, it turns out that sometimes they’re not.

Especially not this one, who posted a photo of two rotten avocados in order to complain to her local Woolworths that they’d sold her dodgy goods, claiming she’d bought the avocados the previous day.

She said: ‘Upon making a sandwich today I came to find these avocados are rotten! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, I demand my money back!’

Quite unbelievably, she even went on to describe how one of the Woolworths employees had given her a dirty look when she was helping herself to the avos – and had made a disparaging remark about her Crocs.

‘Since when is it a crime to wear Crocs???’ she said. ‘This is Australia, god dammit. From now on I’m shopping at Aldi!’

Her post gained quite a lot of attention – but not for the reason she’d hoped.

You see, it turns out, she’d actually uploaded an old photo which had gone viral after another customer complained back in 2014.

Woolworths were quick to spot the cheeky re-post, and linked it straight back to the lying customer to call her out.

And Ryan was on to her too.

Which was, of course, all pretty embarrassing for her.

But she did sort of deserve it. Unless they really did say something mean about her Crocs, of course.
