Southcross Energy Partners (SXE) announced Wednesday morning that Charlesbank Capital Partners, EIG Global Energy Partners and Tailwater Capital have provided a new $175 million equity commitment.
Southcross Energy Partners spiked to the upside in the first half hour of trade Wednesday, before settling into a range. Shares finished up by 1.95 at $8.98 on the highest volume of the year. The stock rebounded from the lows of the year and set a week and a half high.
