Hi, this is Ray and I have been a subscriber to your paper for 15 years. Do you ever cover the PaceHigh School or any Pace students? All I ever see is Milton students. Thank you, keep doing a good job.

Yeah, this is Bobby. I don’t expect this to be in the paper because I call you at least once a week and used to you had me in there a lot and you hadn’t put anything I have printed in there for a month. People keep writing and wondering why you moved Walter Williams, well its plain, he wasn’t liberal enough for you. That’s why you got Kent Bush, an ultra liberal. Thank you.

Yes this is Elizabeth. I was just reading the remarks by Renaldo in the paper. Number one, I was wondering if Renaldo has children, are they in school? Number two, maybe he needs to find something to do besides criticizing other people. Remember, when you point your fingers at others, three of them are pointing back at you.

Yeah, I’m calling about the bridge in East Milton they spent $4.5 million extra to make the new bridge look old, or an old bridge look old. I’m not really sure. I think they should have voted on that or had some kind of public input. Spending that much money on something like that, I think the streets around the Milton area could use that $4.5 million to prepare streets or some housing for the homeless, but I think the county commissioners probably need your analysis test for approving something like that.

Hello, this is Helen. I’m calling to tell you about this good movie they’ve got out over at the Pace theater. It’s War room. Everyone needs to go see it. Thank you. Also, the gentleman that talked bad about Mr. Williams. I just don’t know. But anyway, thank you. Bye.

The countycommissioner’s efforts to allow alcohol sales on Sunday reminds me of the hungry opossum trying to get into the chicken house during my childhood days. Most families raised their own chickens for their eggs and fried chicken. The opossum would make every effort to get into the pen and our dogs would bark. Dad would get the flash light and see what the trouble was and then take care of the opossum. We do not need Sunday alcohol sales in downtown Milton. There is already too much sales going on. Thank you. This is Marion.

Yeah, this is Bobby. I was just wondering how everybody feels about this. I’m driving through an area and there is signs up on the streets ‘no through traffic’ that is not the first time I have seen them but how can they tell not to drive through the neighborhood if the road goes through there. They are public streets that taxes pay. Where I live I had to pay to get the roads paved and people still drive through there. I don’t know why they could say ‘no through traffic,’ just wondering. Thank you.
