Boast is also the suspect Cobb County police believe is behind a couple of bank robberies in their jurisdiction.

One robbery occurred around 3:30 p.m. July 28 at Fifth Third Bank, located at 4209 Roswell Road in Marietta.

The suspect walked into the bank, and also presented to the teller a note demanding money, Cobb police said in a press release. Witnesses described the suspect as a white who is about 5’9’’ tall, around 170 pounds and has red hair, scruffy beard, fair skin and freckles.

Due to evidence left at the scene of the Sandy Springs bank robbery, along with evidence left behind at a robbery of SunTrust Bank at 1000 Johnson Ferry Road in Marietta, Cobb detectives have also charged Boast with two counts of robbery by intimidation.

Boast was booked into the Fulton County Jail on Thursday.
