Ingram Micro channel partners can now convert Office 365 Advisor subscriptions to an equivalent CSP subscription via Ingram’s cloud marketplace.
The distributor has announced the local availability of 'Microsoft Advisor to Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider' conversion services.
According to Ingram, the program is designed to increase profitability and customer relationship for channel partners who can control pricing, billing and support for Office 365, rather than customers going direct through Microsoft.
Partners can also bundle other cloud solutions from Ingram’s cloud marketplace, including Office 365 support through the Ingram Micro Service Desk.
Ingram says it’s the first tier-2 CSP partner to automate the conversion of Microsoft Office 365 Advisor subscriptions to CSP through a single portal. It also says it was the first master cloud service provider to offer Office 365 on an automated platform.
Ingram launched its cloud marketplace in June, following a number of other distributors including Distribution Central, Avnet, Westcon, Dicker Data, NextDC and Rhipe.
