Organisational changes No significant changes.
Staff changes Philippe Virdis and Dr. Eugen Marbach will both retire as members of the Board of Directors on the expiry of their term of office at the end of the Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2015. Mr Virdis previously represented the BKW shareholder Groupe E Ltd. Dominique Gachoud, Director General of Groupe E Ltd., has been proposed for election to succeed him.
