Marcus Millichap complete 2.26 sale of mixed-use building in Cranford

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a mixed-use property in Cranford for approximately $2.26 million, according to Brian C. Hosey, regional manager of the firm’s New Jersey office.Marcus & Millichap said it had the exclusive listing to market the 6,000-square-foot property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Michael Lombardi, investment specialist at the firm’s New Jersey office, represented and secured the buyer, another private investor.

The three-story property is located at 13-15 North Union Ave. It is made up of six two-bedroom apartments and one commercial space on the ground floor, Marcus & Millichap said.
