Peyton Manning won his second Super Bowl and his 200th career game Sunday, and Papa John was one of the first people he embraced on the field. The pizza guy, founder of Papa John’s International, John Schnatter.
Manning admitted moments later in an on-field interview with Tracy Wolfson that he still hadn’t kissed his wife.
Manning is a pizza man himself, and in 2012 invested in 21 Papa John’s franchises in Colorado area. Earlier this season, we learned that the Broncos sometimes refer to Peyton as “Papa John” in the locker room.
