[DISCLOSURE] Samil Enterprise (002290) said on Sept. 21 that it has signed a construction contract worth 6.7 billion won (US$6.1 million) with Autoliv on extension of its factory in Gyeonggi Province. 

The deal amounts to 9.08 percent of its revenue and expires April 30, 2017.
