Sentica has sold its shares in Pihlajalinna Plc
Sentica Buyout III Ky and Sentica Buyout III Co-Investment Ky (together “Sentica”) have sold their shares in Pihlajalinna Plc (“Pihlajalinna” or the “Company”) in privately negotiated transactions (the “Share Sale Transactions”). Sentica sold in total 3,515,990 shares in the Company, corresponding approximately to 17.06 percent of all shares and votes in Pihlajalinna. Sentica sold 1,795,121 shares to LocalTapiola General Mutual Insurance Company, 911,708 shares to LocalTapiola Mutual Life Insurance Company and 809,161 shares to Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company in the Share Sale Transactions. After the Share Sale Transactions, Sentica does not own shares in the Company.
