Oxford Industries Inc. (OXM) Has Leaped To A New High On Q1 Results

Oxford Industries Inc. (OXM) reported first quarter adjusted EPS of $1.30 after the close Tuesday, compared to $1.19 last year. Analysts expected EPS of $1.21. The company expects to report second quarter adjusted EPS of $1.15 to $1.25 and between $3.50 and $3.65 for the full year. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $1.14 and $3.55.

Oxford Industries has gapped open sharply higher Wednesday morning and is now up 4.77 at $85.78 on above average volume. The stock has broken out of a month and a half long trading range and has set a new high for the year.
