Bronwyn has almost 20 years' experience in the medical device industry having previously worked for Johnson & Johnson and Covidien in a range of senior roles in both Europe and the US. She holds a BA in International Marketing and Languages and an MBA from Dublin City University.

Sharon BuckleyGroup commercial director, Musgrave

Sharon Buckley is group commercial director of Musgrave, Ireland's leading food retail and wholesale company, and is based in Cork. Since joining the group in 1997, she has held positions including head of trading operations and trading director of Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland before moving to her current position on the Musgrave board.

Sharon's responsibilities at Musgrave include developing the group's commercial strategy, managing long-term relationships with suppliers, developing the commercial team and the development of the 'Own Brand' business. Sharon also has responsibility for the Group's sustainability agenda.

With annual turnover of €4.4bn, Musgrave is Ireland's leading food retail and wholesale company. Together with independent retailers it employs 45,000 people across its network on the island of Ireland and Spain and is the largest private sector employer in Ireland, employing 35,000 people.

Caroline KeelingCeo of Keelings

Keelings is a 100pc Irish-owned family business which started producing fruits and salads on its farm in the 1930s, supplying produce to local Dublin markets. It is focused on growing and sourcing the best fresh produce from around the world.

Caroline Keeling started her career with Green Isle foods, going on to join Keelings as technical manager in 1994. She is an ambassador for The Women's Fund for Ireland, a Bord Bia board member, chair of the Horticulture board of Bord Bia, chair of Dublin Action Plan for Jobs Implementation Committee, board member of the Ifrah Foundation and a member of the Export Trade Council. She has a BSc (Chem) and MSc in Food Science from University College Dublin.

Keelings is headquartered in Co Dublin but has operations around Ireland, in the UK, Europe and Asia. The company employs over 2,000 people and has sales of over €350m.

Rosaleen (Roz) Burke

Multi-site vice president of Quality, Boston Scientific

Previously based in Boston Scientific's Galway plant, Rosaleen Burke moved to Boston last year. Since August 2015 her role oversees the quality for the endoscopy division, urology and pelvic health division, US distribution, and corporate sterilisation. Essentially, she added the global urology and pelvic health division to her responsibilities.

Rosaleen has held various leadership positions in quality within BSC. Prior to her promotion, she was the quality vice president for all of Boston Scientific's distribution, supply chain and sterilisation process. In addition, Rosaleen was the head of quality in AMEA, Europe and the Americas regions for BSC.

In 2011, Roz was the quality multi-site vice president for all of Boston Scientific's supply chain and international regions at the time of significant global growth and investment.

Rosaleen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Master's Degree in Biotechnology (Hons) from the National University of Galway and an MBA from Oxford Brooks University. Rosaleen was also part of Boston Scientific's emerging executives' inaugural programme in 2010.

Siobhan TalbotGroup managing director, Glanbia plc

Siobhan Talbot was appointed as group managing director of Glanbia plc in November 2013. She was previously group finance director where her role encompassed responsibility for group strategic planning. She has been a member of the group executive committee since 2000 and the board since 2009 and has held a number of senior positions since she joined Glanbia in 1992. Prior to joining Glanbia, Siobhán worked with PwC in Dublin and Sydney, Australia. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Siobhán graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma in Professional Accounting. Glanbia positions itself a global nutrition company, grounded in science and nature and dedicated to providing better nutrition for every step of life.
