Kidwell Offers Shoretel Phone System Promotion This Summer

From July 6-August 14, Kidwell, the security and IT systems company will be participating in the Shoretel Sky Summer Promotion, and will be offering it to their customers.

Kidwell already uses and offers Shoretel's services, and they feel that the promotion will be extremely valuable to their customers.

The Shoretel Sky phone system is a cloud/hosted phone service managed by Shoretel, conducted through one of the company's data centers.

The service is beneficial for customers who would prefer to spend money on operation expenses instead of equipment expenses. It is also beneficial to businesses that tend to scale up or down quickly; as the business grows, there's no limit placed upon the service thanks to the flexibility of cloud.

With this service, there are different applications available, and it is essentially just another subscription the client can add on to pre-existing services. If the customer ends up not needing the service, they can add and delete it at their leisure.

Given the nature of the promotion, Kidwell encourages its customers to try the service.

For Shoretel, an ideal client is a company that employs more than 30 individuals, has more than one location, or has one main location with other remote areas.

The service puts a premium on sales and service, providing fully managed solutions so companies don't have to employ an IT staff to manage it.

The service also includes a web portal, complete with analytical tools that allow clients to analyze their calls, such as when they were answered and missed. This data will allow companies to find their weak spots and will allow them to seek ways to improve.

Through the promotion, Kidwell and Shoretel offer many options, such as one and three year options.

If a client signs up with the three year option during the promotion, it will carry over three years and the promotional price will apply to the entire time period. If a customer chooses the one-year period, the promotional price will end in a year and the customer will have to sign up for Shoretel's services thereafter.

If the client is an existing Shoretel customer, they are able to put Shoretel Sky in the same system to make it appear as one large enterprise.
