Toll Brothers Inc. (TOL) reported third quarter EPS $0.36 Tuesday morning, down from $0.53 in the prior year. Analysts expected EPS of $0.49.
Toll Brothers dipped slightly at the open Tuesday and declined for the majority of the afternoon. Shares finished with a loss of 2.98 at $35.08 on the highest volume of the year. The stock has been pulling back from the highs of the year for the past week and set a 3 1/2 month low.
