The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (“the Company”) (STO:ARP) herewith informs that on 27th April 2016 The Supervisory Board has relieved Mr. Wolfgang Lübbert, the President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) from his duties and appointed him as Member of the Management Board.
The Supervisory Board has also adopted a resolution on entrusting the function of acting President of the Management Board and CEO to Mr. Per Skoglund, Member of the Management Board.
