Las Vegas just can’t get enough of the rodeo. The National Finals Rodeo and Professional Bull Riders already make stops, and now Boyd Gaming gets in on the cowboy spirit with the new Cinch Boyd Gaming Chute-Out.

The event debuts at The Orleans Arena Dec. 10-12 with rodeo competitors battling each other in bull riding, saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, calf roping and barrel racing.

The event lands in Las Vegas during the National Finals Rodeo, the cowboy event that takes over the Thomas & Mack Center Dec. 3-12 with the top 15 riders, ropers and bulldoggers competing.

The Chute-Out starts at 2 p.m. each day with rodeo announcers Bob Tallman and Roger Mooney emceeing. Cowboys vie for a $200,000 purse, and competitors include former and future champions that are not participating in this year’s National Finals Rodeo. The event is timed so fans can head to the NFR afterward.

Other anticipated events returning to Boyd Gaming properties include the Bob Tallman Celebrity Bowling Tournament at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino and Roxy’s Buckin’ Bull Honky Tonk at Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall.

Tickets for the Cinch Boyd Gaming Chute-Out start at $20 and go on sale on Friday, May 15.
