Homebuilder to unveil model, showcase homes at The Arbors at Hampton Lake

Interested homebuyers and their families are invited to attend a grand opening of The Arbors at Hampton Lake during an open house celebration from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15.

K. Hovnanian Homes, a division of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc., one of the top 10 homebuilders in the country, will be joining the grand opening. 

K. Hovnanian Homes has invited some of the area's best artists to exhibit their paintings, drawings and sculptures in a unique art show that will be mounted in the new neighborhood's model home and four showcase homes. All attendees will be invited to vote on their favorite piece of art on the tour. One voter will be randomly selected to win a trip for two to New York.

The new single family homes that K. Hovnanian Homes is building in The Arbors of award-winning Hampton Lake start in the low $300s. The residential builder is constructing both single-level and two-story homes, and will offer a total of seven distinct, spacious and energy efficient home designs.
