Ocwen Financial (NYSE: OCN) 27% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.71), versus the analyst estimate of ($0.48). Revenue for the quarter came in at $373 million versus the consensus estimate of $324.05 million. Lending volume 35% higher than prior quarter

PCM, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCMI) 25% HIGHER; Record net sales of $581.0 million, up 21%. Adjusted EPS from continuing operations of $0.66 compared to $0.26

Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) 20% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.01), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $756 million versus the consensus estimate of $711.2 million. GUIDANCE: Groupon sees FY2016 revenue of $3.0-3.1 billion vs prior $2.75-$3.05 billion and the consensus of $3.02 billion. Adjusted EBITDA range to between $140.0 million and $165.0 million.

Halcón Resources Corporation (NYSE: HK) 19% LOWER; the company and certain of its subsidiaries, today announced that they had filed voluntary petitions under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code to pursue a pre‐packaged plan of reorganization in accordance with its previously announced comprehensive balance sheet restructuring efforts.

NetSuite (NYSE: N) 18.2% HIGHER; Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire NetSuite (NYSE: N), the very first cloud company. The transaction is valued at $109.00 per share in cash, or approximately $9.3 billion.

Alere (NYSE: ALR) 18% HIGHER; bounces as deal with ABT seen not breaking despite DOJ subpoena.

Argos Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARGS) 17% LOWER; intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock and accompanying warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the securities to be sold in the offering will be offered by Argos.

Tempur Sealy (NYSE: TPX) 16% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.92, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $804.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $785.4 million.

Cirrus Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRUS) 14.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.44, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $259.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $236.37 million. GUIDANCE: Cirrus Logic, Inc. sees Q2 2017 revenue of $380-420 million, versus the consensus of $322.6 million.

Rent-A-Center (NASDAQ: RCII) 14% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.41, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $749.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $782.12 million. GUIDANCE: Rent-A-Center sees FY2016 EPS of $1.65-$1.85, versus the consensus of $2.02.

ITT Educational Services (NYSE: ESI) 13% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.18, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $176.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $179.05 million. New student enrollment in the second quarter of 2016 decreased 21.6% to 9,910 compared to 12,638 in the same period in 2015. Total student enrollment decreased 16.4% to 40,015 as of June 30, 2016 compared to 47,874 as of June 30, 2015.

MKS Instruments (NASDAQ: MKSI) 8.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.72, $0.24 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $326 million versus the consensus estimate of $288.62 million. GUIDANCE: MKS Instruments sees Q3 2016 EPS of $0.64-$0.86, versus the consensus of $0.67. MKS Instruments sees Q3 2016 revenue of $345-385 million, versus the consensus of $360 million.

Ford Motor (NYSE: F) 8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.52, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.60. Revenue was $39.5 billion, versus the consensus of $36.3 billion.

Teradyne (NYSE: TER) 7.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.55, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.50.
