Bend, Ore. – Police had to draw their guns in a “high risk” arrest of suspected drug dealers who were moving through the area.
The dramatic arrest happened in the Walmart parking lot in Redmond last night around 9 o’clock.
30 year old Jose Ramon Castelo of Federal Way, Washington and 26 year old Yahir Acosta, a transient, were arrested.
Detectives believe they were moving large amount of meth into Deschutes County from Portland.
