KINGSPORT, TN (WJHL) – The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation has fined Eastman Chemical Company again, this time for emissions violations.
The latest fine comes just a month after Eastman had to pay $14,688.43 for polluting the Holston River.
An order, filed by the state’s Division of Air Pollution Control Tuesday, reveals TDEC has now fined Eastman $4,250 for several issues dealing with emissions.
