KALB – Pineville, Louisiana – Cleco stock holders can proceed with a vote to possibly sell the company to a North American-led investor

group.

Ninth Judicial District Judge Monique Rauls denied a request for a preliminary injunction that would have stopped the vote.

Three lawsuits were filed shortly after the company announced it was merging with Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, and other infrastructureinvestors

A vote will be held tomorrow by stockholders.
