NuStar GP Holdings (NYSE: NSH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.545 per share, or $2.18 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 17, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 9, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 5, 2016.
