The freshly announced smartphone Meizu Pro 7 has literally turned things over. The new mobile has a small 1.9-inch selfie screen at the back.

What's more interesting is that this back screen will also be an AMOLED touchscreen and has been made by the revered design studio Frog.
The display of the back screen happens to light up automatically when one flips the cover of the phone.
Other features that come bundled with the screen include a weather clock, notification area, music player and a mirror for taking selfies while using the main camera.
Before Meizu, LG has tried to introduce second screen smartphones with its V series.

However, unlike the LG V20's cumbersome design for which a user has to drag his finger all the way to the top of the screen to access the secondary screen, Meizu has smartly placed the second screen at the back.
The Meizu Pro 7 runs on MediaTek’s Helio X30, a deca-core processor that has done a fairly good job to catch up with the market leading Snapdragon processors.
At present, the phone is available in two variants – Meizu Pro 7 Plus which has a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED screen and Meizu Pro 7 which carries a 5.2 inch 1080p Super AMOLED screen.

Both variants come with the same set of cameras: a sturdy 16-megapixel f/2.0 front camera and a 12-megapixel f/2.0 dual camera setup at the back.
The Pro 7 Plus also happens to pack in a larger battery at 3,500 mAh which is about 500 mAh extra from the Pro 7's battery.
Meizu has equipped both the phones with a fast charging technology– mCharge 4.0 – which reportedly charges 67 percent of the battery in just 30 minutes.
Carrying forward its legacy of being an MP3 player maker, the smartphone has its own DAC (digital to analog convertor) ‘Cirrus Logic CS43130’ in both variants of the phone.
Currently, the Pro 7 with 64GB storage version is priced at 3,380 Yuan (approximately Rs 32,200) and the higher-end Pro 7 Plus with 64 GB storage costs 3,580 Yuan (approximately Rs 34,100).
The phones were launched in China on July 26 and there is no information about when these models will be available in India.
Currently, Meizu sells its M5 at Rs 9,999 through Amazon India and Meizu MX6 Duos at Rs 16,399 through Ebay India.
