Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (KKD) Is Falling After Q2 Miss

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (KKD) reported second quarter adjusted EPS of $0.15 after the bell Wednesday, up from $0.13 a year ago. Analysts expected EPS of $0.19. The company also reduced its full year adjusted EPS forecast to between $0.76 and $0.80, from prior expectations of $0.80 to $0.85. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $0.85. The stock is now down 2.99 on 432K shares.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts pulled back in early trade Wednesday, before settling into a range. Shares finished with a loss of 0.14 at $17.73 on above average volume.
