Apollo Investment Posts Q2 Loss

Apollo Investment Corp. (AINV) reported a second quarter loss per share of $0.01 compared to profit of $0.18 per share, last year. Net investment income was $0.21 per share, and net asset value was $7.83 per share as of September 30, 2015. Total investment income decreased to $98.4 million from $118.9 million, previous year.

The company also announced that its Board has declared a dividend of $0.20 per share for the second fiscal quarter of 2016, payable on January 5, 2016 to stockholders of record as of December 21, 2015.
