Denbury Resources Inc. Reveals 31% Decline In Q3 Bottom Line

Denbury Resources Inc. (DNR) revealed a profit for third quarter that fell from last year.

The company said its bottom line declined to $63 million, or $0.18 per share. This was lower than $91 million, or $0.26 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.13 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 52.4% to $303.60 million. This was down from $637.66 million last year.
