Restaurant Hopes To Open By Summer
BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Solanbridge Group, Inc. has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, David’s Steak and Seafood Restaurant, an upscale steak house, has opened negotiations for an additional location in Palm Bay.
The company’s management team is looking to finalize terms on a new restaurant venue in Palm Bay by the end of April and have the facility open by summer.
The location of the new restaurant in Palm Bay has not been made public yet.
David’s Steak and Seafood has a location at 302 Ocean Avenue in Melbourne Beach which recently began renovations.
The company says its new and improved board room will contain rich mahogany paneling, new chandeliers, leather banquettes, black tablecloths, brass appointments and subdued lighting.
The elegant facility will be available for business and social functions where guests can select from a variety of menu options and receive impeccable service, as in the main dining room.

We plan on the renovations being complete within the next few months.”
