“Miss Kay”: In the Nov. 27 Section A, two photographs of Hayok Kay, a homeless woman in Oakland known as Miss Kay, were incorrectly credited to Amir Soltani. The front-page photo and one of Kay with a grocery cart should have been credited to Chihiro Wimbush/Dogtown Redemption.

Equal pay: In the Nov. 27 Business section, an article about measures taken by Gap Inc. to ensure that men and women are paid the same for substantially similar work described Dan Henkle as Gap’s senior vice president of human resources. That was his previous job. Henkle’s current title is president of the Gap Foundation and senior vice president of global sustainability.
