Mr. Leach currently serves as the Senior Managing Director of National Trust, LCC a subsidiary of the Leach Family Trust, one of New England's oldest real estate developers. Since February 1997 he has served on the board of The Oster Group, a privately owned investment banking operation specializing in providing capital and business management to emerging companies and since March 2005 has been on the board of Kenney Manufacturing Company, a leading manufacturer and distributor of household products established in 1914. Since Feb 2010, he has been a director of Recharge Plus, a privately held company with advanced mobile and e-Wallet systems, and from August 2010 – April 2011 he has served as Non Executive Vice Chairman and a director at Empire Energy Corporation, an international oil and gas exploration public company. In December 2011, he was appointed to the board of BCM Energy Partners, Inc., a public company operating in the oil and gas industry.
