Frisco, Texas, USA, April 18, 2016 – OxySure Therapeutics, Inc. (OTCQB: OXYS) (“OxySure,” or the “Company”), a global leader and medical device innovator of life-saving, easy-to-use emergency oxygen products with its “oxygen from powder” technology and other innovative emergency medical solutions today provided a corporate update.

The Company announced that it had effected a reverse split of its common stock at a ratio of 1-for-50. The reverse split is subject to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) declaring it effective. In addition, the Board of Directors made the decision that, in the light of many factors at this time, the cost of continuing the Company’s public filings are outweighing the benefits for the foreseeable future. For that reason, the Company filed a notice of termination to suspend its duty to file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Board of Directors thanked all the Company’s stakeholders for their continued support as the Company kept moving forward.
