ST. CLOUD - A former printing plant building in east St. Cloud has a new owner, and now they're trying to attract a new tenant.

A St. Cloud area partnership group known as Bocal LLC bought the former Quad/Graphics building at 660 Mayhew Lake Road. Real Estate Broker Casey O'Malley of INH Commercial says the deal was finalized earlier this month.

They're hoping to lease out the building either to a single tenant, or multiple businesses. The building has a total of 237,500 square feet, with 200,000 of it available for warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution.

The building has been vacant since October of last year, when Quad/Graphics shut down. About 280 people lost their jobs when the plant closed. Prior to Quad/Graphics, the company Quebecor Inc. used to be in that building.
