DUBLIN, Calif. — Ross Stores has recalled 560 rattan arm chairs that can tip or slide backward, posing a potential fall and injury hazard.
The company announced the recall this week in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Ross received eight reports of minor injuries, including scrapes and bruises.
Consumers have been advised to stop using the chairs immediately and return them to any Ross store for a full refund.
The chairs were made in Indonesia and sold at Ross stores nationwide for about $60. They are 48 inches high by 23 inches wide and bear the SKU number 400119000982.
