INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (November 28, 2015)–Metro Police say a man shot at a west side apartment complex manage to escape to a gas station to get help.

Around 10:40 a.m. Saturday, police were called to the 800 block of Broken Bow Trail in the Cambridge Station Apartments on a report of a person shot.

Police and medical personnel found their victim about a mile away at the Kroger fuel station just off Rockville Road near Country Club Road.

28-year-old Gregory Scott Hall reportedly suffered possible internal injuries after being shot in the hip.

Hall was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police are still trying to sort out what led up to the shooting.  Police have identified that a handgun was used in the shooting.

According to a police report, the suspects include two males.  It is not known yet if the victim knew the person who shot him.
