Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) Dropped After Q2 Report

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) reported second quarter adjusted EPS of $0.66 Tuesday morning, which topped the consensus estimate of $0.60. Revenues increased by 16 percent to $1.10 billion from $952 million last year, but missed the consensus estimate of $1.12 billion.

Science Applications International gapped open lower Tuesday and declined for the bulk of the session. Shares finished down by 6.33 at $42.44, with volume at a 5-month high. The stock closed testing the lows of the year, trading at a 1-week low.
