Toll Brothers Files Plan For 112-Apartment Tribeca Building

New, 11 comments

Developer Toll Brothers continuing on their merry filing spree. After submitting an application last week for an 18-story, 133-apartment building on East 23rd Street, the developer has followed up with a filing for a 112-apartment building in Tribeca. The project itself isn't new news; plans for the development at 351-355 Broadway surfaced back in February, but the new filings bring more details about the building to come (h/t TRD).

TRD reports that the 161,000-square-foot building between Leonard and Franklin streets will have five second-floor apartments with private outdoor terraces, eight apartments each on floors three through seven, seven apartments each on floors eight through 13, and six apartments each on floors 14 through 16. Two duplex apartments will occupy floors 17 and 18, one penthouse will claim floor 19, and all will be topped by a common rooftop terrace. The building's amenities will include a gym, pool, kid's playroom, and a screening room. Goldstein, Hill & West is the architect of record. It sounds like the building will be standard fare for new, nice buildings in Tribeca.

To make way for the new building, three smaller structures will be razed.
