Elliot J. Chambers will become CFO of three affiliates of American Energy Partners LP (AELP), the company said Aug. 3. The appointment as CFO of American Energy – Woodford LLC (AEW), American Energy – Minerals LLC (AEMN) and American Energy – NonOp LLC (AENO) will be effective Aug. 24.
Chambers replaces Jennifer M. Grigsby as CFO of AEW and AEMN. Grigsby became CFO of Ascent Resources LLC, the company added.
Previously, Chambers worked at Chesapeake Energy Corp. (CHK), and over a period of seven years was corporate finance manager, assistant treasurer, vice president – finance and assistant treasurer, and vice president and treasurer.
Prior to Chesapeake, Chambers had accounting, finance and treasury work at Colgate-Palmolive Corp., Prudential Financial, Verizon Communications and Ernst & Young. He has a bachelor’s of business administration degree from Oklahoma State University and a master’s of business administration degree from New York University.
American Energy Partners LP is based in Oklahoma City.
